Announcements for the week of 10/27/2025: Our end of season celebration is on Wednesday November 5th from 6:30 - 8:30pm in the Shorecrest Commons. We will be giving out our team awards and recognizing all athletes for their participation, so please join us in celebrating the athletes and their hard work this season! Also, please bring a dessert or drink to share with the team. For JV athletes, practices from this point forward are optional. You are encouraged to continue coming to practice to run, but also it is ok if you cannot make it or want to take a well-earned break. Athletes who ran in the Varsity race at WESCO, should continue coming to practice to prepare for the districts and state meets. Our practice on Wednesday October 29th will be at Shoreline Stadium. We will meet there at 2:20pm by the locker room building at the south side of the stadium. If your season is over and you were unable to return your uniform on Monday, please do so ASAP. Announcements for the week of 10/20/2025: Welcome to Week 9. This week, we have our WESCO Championships meet on Saturday 10/25. This week is XC spirit week! Please participate at school and a practices. The themes are: Monday - Monochrome  Tuesday - Dress like another sport Wednesday - Anything but a water bottle Thursday - Spooky/Halloween Friday - White lie On Thursday, we have a pumpkin carving team bonding activity! It will take place in the gym after practice. We will have tools to carve pumpkins with, but you will need to bring your own pumpkin. The event should by done around 7:30 - 8pm. Our meet this week is the WESCO Championships at Granite Falls HS on Saturday 10/25. Announcements for the week of 10/13/2025: Welcome to Week 8. This week, we have a league meet vs Snohomish, Stanwood, and Shorewood on Thursday 10/16. Our league meet this week his hosted by Snohomish at Valley View Middle School on Thursday 10/16.  This is a Round Trip bus! We will take the bus to the meet, and back to Shorecrest after. Early dismissal from school is at 2:00pm, the bus will leave SC at 2:15pm. The  Hole in the Wall  Invitational (10/11) is held at Lakewood High School . Meet info on A-Net HERE  (This is a large meet, so they have additional parking instructions to keep in mind). Meet at Shorecrest for the bus at 6:45am. The bus will be leaving SC at 7:00am. First race is at 9:00am. Announcements for the week of 9/15/2025: Welcome to Week 4! This week, we have a league meet on Thu (9/18) hosted by Jackson. League meet Thursday 9/18 at Jackson High School . Meet info on A-Net HERE . We face  Jackson, Marysville-Getchell, and Sultan This is a one-way bus ! Athletes/parents must arrange transportation home. All athletes that can drive themselves to the meet will need to do so. Early Dismissal from school for the meet is 2:00pm. All runners who need to take the bus will meet at Shorecrest for the bus @ 2:10pm. Bus leaves at 2:15pm. All athletes should be at Jackson High School by 3:00pm. We will meet by the upper football/baseball field complex. We anticipate the meet ending at 5:30pm.
