Announcements & Training Plan for the Week of 9/1/25

 Announcements for the week of 9/1/2025:

  • There will be practice on Monday, Labor Day (9/1). Attendance is optional.
  • The Parent/Athlete Handbook will be published on the website soon! It contains a primer on the program's philosophy, expectations, and key info.
  • We will begin issuing uniforms to eligible athletes this week based on seniority. To receive a uniform, you mush have:
    • Participated in 5 practices
    • Paid your athletic and ASB fees
  • Our first meet, the Tahoma Co-Ed Relay is this Saturday (9/6).
    • All eligible athletes will compete.
    • Ineligible athletes will come along to support the team.
    • Meet at Shorecrest @ 7:00am
    • Race starts 9:15am
    • We will have lunch at the course, so please bring a lunch with you.
    • Depart @ 1:00pm
    • ETA @ Shorecrest @ 2:30pm
